PYM-P 1750 Parts washing machine is a machine designed for washing parts and engine blocks in places such as auto services, vehicle repair shops and machining workshops.
By the electrical heating resistances which inside the machine, the water temperature can be set to the desired temperature with the digital clock in the control unit of the machine.
The operating temperature range of our parts washing machines is between 0-85 degrees.
Parts washing machine with basket PYM-P1750 can be opened and closed manually by the gas pistons.
The loading trolley supplied as standard on the machine is designed to place the partition inside it.
Parts washing machines are thermostat controlled, there are two resistances in the water tank. The Task of these resistances is to heat the water which will be put in the chamber of the machine. With the detergent which will be added into the water, the washing quality can be increased even more. Detergents for parts washing machines are easily available and their cost is low. The piece can be washed for 2-3 days by using detergent at one time.
The water switch in the water tank of the machine measures the water level and stops working when there is no water or when the water level drops in order not to damage the resistance and pumps of the machine.
PYM-P 1750 Parts washing machine body is completely made of chrome sheet. At the same time, the rotating basket and all other components are hot-dip galvanized and guaranteed not to rust. Optionally, we can manufacture the rotating basket and other components from 304 or 316 quality stainless.
The parts desired to be washed are placed on the fixed rotating basket in the machine.
The machine whose lid is closed does washing by rotating with high pressure detergent and water.
The washing process is carried out to clean the oil, sawdust, dirt and waste on dirty surfaces from different angles by means of pressurized water nozzles that are timed according to the part structure and pollution rate.
It is designed to wash with minimum consumption of water, detergent, electricity, time and labor force by filtering water with circulation system.
