PYM-P 1750 Parts Washing Machine is designed for washing parts and engine blocks in places such as auto services, vehicle repair shops, and machining workshops.

The machine's electrical heating resistances allow the water temperature to be set to the desired level using the digital clock in the control unit.

Operating Temperature Range: 0-85°C.

The PYM-P 1750 Parts Washing Machine with basket can be opened and closed manually using gas pistons.

The loading trolley, supplied as standard, is designed for easy placement of parts inside the machine.

The machine is thermostat controlled, with two resistances in the water tank. These resistances heat the water in the chamber, and the washing quality can be enhanced further with the addition of detergent. Detergents for parts washing machines are readily available and cost-effective. The detergent can be used for 2-3 days with one filling.

The water switch in the tank measures the water level and stops the machine when water is absent or the level drops, preventing damage to the resistances and pumps.

The body of the PYM-P 1750 Parts Washing Machine is made entirely of chrome sheet. The rotating basket and other components are hot-dip galvanized for long-term rust resistance. Optionally, we can manufacture the rotating basket and other components from 304 or 316 quality stainless steel.

Parts are placed on the fixed rotating basket inside the machine. With the lid closed, the machine washes using high-pressure detergent and water, rotating to clean parts from various angles. The washing process removes oil, sawdust, dirt, and waste using timed pressurized water nozzles based on the part structure and contamination level.

The machine is designed to minimize water, detergent, electricity, and labor consumption by filtering the water with a circulation system.
