PYM-M 1250 Series Parts Washing Machines are designed for washing parts, engine blocks, etc., in places such as auto service centers, vehicle repair shops, machining workshops, shipyards, aircraft maintenance workshops, etc.
Thanks to the electric heating resistors inside, water can be brought to the desired temperature using the digital timer located on the machine's control unit.
The PYM-M 1250 Basket Parts Washing Machine can be manually opened and closed thanks to gas pistons.
The operating temperature range of our parts washing machines is 0-85 degrees Celsius.
The water switch inside the machine's water tank measures the water level and, if there is no water or the water level drops, activates protection to prevent damage to the machine's resistors and pumps, stopping operation.
The body of the PYM-M 1250 Parts Washing Machine is made entirely of non-rusting steel. Additionally, the rotating basket and all other components inside are hot-dip galvanized, providing long-term resistance to corrosion. Optionally, we can manufacture the rotating basket and other components from 304 or 316 quality stainless steel.
Depending on the part structure and level of contamination, washing is performed using time-controlled pressurized water nozzles to clean oil, chips, dirt, and debris from surfaces at different angles.
Equipped with a circulation system to filter water, the machine is designed to wash with minimal consumption of water, detergent, electricity, and time (labor).
