PYM 1500 Series Parts Washing Machines are designed for washing industrial parts and engine blocks in various settings, including auto workshops, vehicle repair shops, machining workshops, shipyards, and aircraft repair facilities.

The machine features electric heating resistances that bring the water to the desired temperature, controlled by the digital timer on the control unit.

Operating Temperature Range: 0-85°C.

The PYM 1500 Parts Washing Machine with Basket operates automatically thanks to pneumatic pistons for opening and closing.

The standard loading trolley is designed for easy placement of the parts into the machine.

These machines are thermostat-controlled and include two resistances in the water tank that heat the water. The quality of washing can be further improved by adding detergent to the water.

Detergents used in these machines are readily available and cost-effective, and the system recycles both the detergent and water in the chamber for 2-3 days.

The water level switch in the tank monitors the water level and will stop the machine if the water level drops too low or if there is no water, preventing damage to the resistances and pumps.

The PYM 1500 Parts Washing Machine is constructed from chrome sheet metal. The rotating basket and other components are hot-dip galvanized for long-term corrosion resistance. Optionally, these parts can also be made from 304 or 316-grade stainless steel.

Parts are placed in the removable rotating basket. With the lid closed, the machine uses high-pressure detergent and water to clean the parts. The process, adjusted by time-controlled pressurized water nozzles, removes oil, sawdust, dirt, and debris from various angles based on the part structure and contamination level.

The machine is designed to minimize consumption of water, detergent, electricity, and labor by filtering and recycling water through a circulation system.
