Parts washing machine with basket PYM 700 can be opened and closed manually by gas pistons.
The water temperature can be set to the desired temperature by the electrical heating resistances which inside the machine.
The operating temperature range of our parts washing machines is between 0-85 degrees.
The water switch in the water tank of the machine measures the water level and stops working when there is no water or when the water level drops in order not to damage the resistance and pumps of the machine.
PYM 700 Parts washing machine body is completely made of chrome sheet. At the same time, the rotating basket and all other components are hot-dip galvanized and guaranteed not to rust. Optionally, we can manufacture the rotating basket and other components from 304 or 316 quality stainless.
The parts which will be washed are placed on the fixed rotating basket in the machine.
The machine, whose lid is closed, washes by spinning with high pressure detergent and water.
Washing process is carried out to clean oil, sawdust, dirt and wastes on dirty surfaces from different angles by means of time-adjusted pressurized water nozzles according to the part structure and pollution rate.
It is designed to wash with minimum consumption water, detergent, electricity, time and labor by filtering the water with the circulation system.
