Return and Refund Policy

At Auromak Makine, customer satisfaction is our top priority. In cases where the products you purchased do not meet your expectations, return and refund requests are evaluated under certain conditions.

You can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date of your purchased products. During this period, the product you wish to return must be unused and not operated. The product must be sent back to us for technical inspection and evaluation of its suitability. Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for machines specially manufactured according to customer requests.

For damages that may occur during transportation, a damage report must be prepared with the shipping company at the time of delivery. Otherwise, damages caused during transportation will not be covered by the return policy.

Once the returned product arrives at our facility and necessary technical inspections are completed, refunds for approved returns will be processed within 5 business days via the payment method you used.

Regarding shipping and transportation costs, our company is responsible for defective or faulty product returns, while all shipping and handling costs for other return cases are borne by the customer. For any questions regarding the return process, please contact us for detailed information.
