PYM 1000 Series Parts Washing Machines are designed for washing parts and engine blocks in various settings such as auto workshops, vehicle repair shops, machining workshops, shipyards, and aircraft maintenance facilities.

The machine is equipped with electric heating elements that allow the water to be heated to the desired temperature, controlled via the digital timer on the control unit.

The PYM 1000 Basket Parts Washing Machine can be manually opened and closed using gas pistons. The operating temperature range for our parts washing machines is 0-85 degrees Celsius.

A water switch in the machine’s water tank monitors the water level, automatically shutting off the machine when the water level is too low to prevent damage to the heating elements and pumps.

The PYM 1000 Parts Washing Machine body is entirely made of stainless steel. Additionally, the rotating basket and all other components are hot-dip galvanized, providing long-lasting resistance to corrosion. If needed, we can also manufacture the rotating basket and other components from 304 or 316-grade stainless steel.

The washing process uses time-adjusted pressurized water nozzles to clean oil, sawdust, dirt, and debris from various angles, depending on the part structure and level of contamination.

The machine is designed to minimize consumption of water, detergent, electricity, and labor by filtering and recirculating the water.
